La ponencia hace una reflexión sobre la importancia y la relevancia de la filosofía del cuidado en la transformación de la práctica y la investigación en enfermería; a la vez tiene en cuenta el direccionamiento de una política de cuidado en las instituciones académicas y de servicio para lograr esta transformación del hacer diario en la investigación y en la práctica tanto a nivel asistencial como académico. Retoma una descripción sencilla de qué es la filosofía del cuidado y luego hace una revisión conceptual del cuidado de enfermería; recoge distintas visiones en la concepción y entendimiento del cuidado desde las miradas teóricas en enfermería, para luego plantear propuestas de trabajo que permitan y logren la transformación de la práctica y la investigación en enfermería, en los diferentes escenarios.
This essay reflects on the importance and relevance of the philosophy of care in transforming the practice and the research on nursing. Also, it keeps in mind the tendency of care policies among academic institutions and of service policies to achieve this transformation of in daily activities when carrying out research and when in the practice, both at the academic as well as the Nursing care levels. It retakes a simple definition of what is the philosophy of nursing care and then makes a conceptual review of it. Then, it gathers different views on the conception and understanding of nursing care from the different theoretical perspectives on nursing. Thereafter, it outlines work proposals that allow and achieve the transformation of the practice and the research on nursing, in the different scenarios.
