Ensino e extensão em enfermagem: sistematizando a coleta de dados no perioperatório

O presente artigo relata a experiência de um projeto de extensão universitária que teve como objetivo sistematizar a coleta de dados de enfermagem (histórico de enfermagem) junto ao paciente cirúrgico a fim de planejar a assistência prestada no trans e pós-operatório, bem como qualificar o ensino em enfermagem. A experiência possibilitou avanços com relação aos registros pré e transoperatórios, assim como a identificação de espaço potencial para a construção cotidiana da educação em serviços com a equipe de enfermagem e o ensino acadêmico.
The current article reports the experience of a university extension project with the objective of systematizing the data collection on nursing (nursing background) with the surgical patient in order to plan the care given during and after the surgery as well as qualify the teaching of the System Management of Nursing Care within the nursing education. The experience provided advancements regarding the records before and during the surgeries as well as the identification of the potential space for the day construction of education on service with the nursing team and the academic teaching.
