A presente pesquisa foi realizada com gestantes em uma unidade de Estratégia em Saúde da Familia na cidade de Joinville (SC). O objetivo foi conhecer como se estabelece o vinculo afetivo entre mãe-bebê e identificar os riscos para violência intrafamilíar. Os dados foram coletados em entrevista com oito gestantes após a consulta de pré-natal. Constatou-se que mais de 50% delas sofreram violência intrafamilíar na infância e reproduzem o modelo. Este bebê já ao nascer corre o risco de sofrer violência dentro do lar, inclusive pela própria mãe. Cabe ao profissional de saúde estar atento para identificar estes riscos e refletir com as famílias a cultura da paz.
The present study was made with pregnant women in a Health Family practice from the city of Joinville (SC). The objective was to understand how the affective bond between mother and child was establíshed and identify the risk of intrafamiliar violence. Data was collected from interviews with 8 (eight) pregnant women during prenatal consultation. Results showed that more than 50% of them suffered intrafamiliar violence during childhood and they reproduce the same model, so the child is bom under the risk of suffering violence inside home, including from their own mother. it's up to the health professionals to aware and able to identify those risks and develop with the families a culture of peace.
