Auditoria em enfermagem: revisão bibliográfica com ênfase na qualidade da assistência

Objetivamos analisar a produção cientifica de auditoria em enfermagem voltada para a qualidade da assistência ao paciente no período de 2002 a 2007. Estudo retrospectivo do tipo exploratório realizado por meio de estudos indexados de banco de dados LILACS, SCIELO, BDENF, e periódicos de enfermagem. Foram encontrados 10 artigos abordando o tema. Este levantamento permitiu a constatação de que na maioria dos trabalhos a auditoria de enfermagem está relacionada com a qualidade da assistência, os registros adequados das ações de enfermagem, educação continuada e questão financeira. Apenas um estudo relata a auditoria no âmbito do SUS, havendo uma carência de estudos empíricos sobre o tema.
We aimed at to analyze the scientific production of auditing in nursing retumed for the quality of the attendance to the patient in the period from 2002 to 2007. I study retrospective of the exploratory type accomplished for half indexed studies of databases LILACS, SCIELO and BDENF and newspapers of nursing. Ten goods approaching the theme were found. This rising allowed the verification that in most of the works the auditing in nursing is related with the quality of the attendance, the appropriate registration of the nursing actions, continuous education and financial subject, just a study tells the auditing in the extent of SUS, having a lack of empiric studies on the theme.
