A internação domiciliar como possibilidade de expressão da arte, criatividade e acesso à tecnologia: uma análise sobre o tema

Over the last decades, the Brazilian Public Health System has gone through deep changes in its political, judicial and organizational elements, with an expressive expansion of the health assistance given to the population. The Home-Care National Policy (PNID) comes as an initiative to implement new assistance logics, focusing on the promotion of health and the prevention of health problems, aiming to overcome the hospital-centered model and in favor of the autonomy. This study aims to carry out a reflection on art, creativity and technologies applied to nursing as parts of the contemporary care process, particularly concerning the patients receiving home care and in the light of integral care. In order to do such analysis, it was carried out a concept research about art, creativity and technology in the corresponding bibliography, as well as one about the present conception of integral care and the PNID. Thus, the concepts of art, creativity and technology were inter-related with the care of patients in home care, aiming to explore interfaces of this complex health assistance reality, with special emphasis on the integral care. We have realized that the articulation of these concepts with the PNID and, therefore with the care given to patients in home care comes as a possibility of broadening the understanding of what health assistance is in fact, in a search to articulate multi professional knowledge and practices and to interact with other patients.
Nas últimas décadas, o sistema de saúde brasileiro passou por profundas transformações em suas constituições política, jurídica e organizacional, com expressiva expansão da assistência a saúde oferecida à população. Como iniciativa de implementação de uma nova lógica assistencial, com enfoque em promoção e prevenção à saúde, no intuito de superar o modelo hospitalocêntrico, e defendendo a autonomia, surge a Política Nacional de Internação Domiciliar (PNID). Este estudo tem como objetivo realizar uma reflexão acerca da arte, criatividade e tecnologias em enfermagem como dimensões do processo de cuidar contemporâneo, particularmente do usuário em internação domiciliar e sob a ótica da integralidade. Para efetivar tal análise foi realizada uma busca conceitual sobre arte, criatividade e tecnologia na literatura pertinente, bem como sobre a concepção vigente de integralidade e a PNID. Assim, os conceitos de arte, criatividade e tecnologias foram inter-relacionados com o cuidado a usuários em internação domiciliar, buscando explorar interfaces dessa complexa realidade de assistência à saúde, com ênfase na integralidade. Percebemos que a articulação destes conceitos à PNID e, portanto, ao cuidado aos usuários em domicílio, se constitui em possibilidade de ampliação da compreensão de assistência à saúde, na busca de articulação de saberes e práticas multiprofissionais e da interação com os usuários.
