Objetivo:
realizar uma reflexão sobre as vulnerabilidades da pessoa que vive com HIV/AIDS na sociedade contemporânea. Metodologia:
optou-se por uma metodologia descritivo-reflexiva embasada na literatura pertinente sobre o assunto. Resultados:
foram descritas reflexões referentes às vulnerabilidades das pessoas que vivem com o HIV/Aids, discutindo-se em três categorias temáticas relativas a cada fase da vida: crianças e adolescentes, adultos, e idosos. Ressaltou-se a importância de se conhecer estas vulnerabilidades específicas para que se possa nortear e desenvolver as ações de cuidado em saúde. Considerações finais:
Na assistência a pessoa que vive com HIV/AIDS é necessário que seja realizado um cuidado integral e adequado as vulnerabilidades individuais de cada fase do ser humano. Com isso, precisa-se repensar e modificar alguns dos comportamentos relacionados à convivência numa sociedade diversificada, pois o desafio deve ser enfrentado coletivamente, com pauta nas realidades sociais e culturais que determinam atitudes individuais e cuja transformação leva tempo.

In assisting person living with HIV / AIDS need to be conducted comprehensive care and appropriate the vulnerabilities of each individual phase of the human being. Withthat, we need to rethink and change some of our behaviors related to living in a diverse society, because the challenge must be faced collectively with staff in social and cultural realities that determine individual attitudes and whose transformation takes time.
