Objetivo:
analisar o conhecimento da equipe de Enfermagem quanto ao tema cirurgia segura, avaliar o conhecimento acerca do preenchimento do protocolo e identificar os fatores que dificultam sua adesão e execução. Metodologia:
estudo qualitativo de abordagem descritiva e explicativa realizado com 67 funcionários da equipe de enfermagem do centro cirúrgico de um hospital público de grande porte do estado do Piauí. A coleta de dados ocorreu em dezembro de 2016 por meio de entrevista. A análise foi realizada por análise de conteúdo. A pesquisa foi aprovada pelo comitê de ética da UESPI com o parecer nº 1775436 e da instituição coparticipante sob parecer no 1795137. Resultados:
foram classificados em quatro categorias: 1. conhecimento dos profissionais frente ao tema cirurgia segura que demonstrou pouco conhecimento da equipe acerca do protocolo; 2. erros cirúrgicos e sua ocorrência,onde a maioria relatara que já houve a ocorrência de erros; 3. preenchimento da lista de verificação,onde poucos profissionais preenchem corretamente e completamente o checklist e 4. dificuldades para execução e adesão dos profissionais,sendo a falta de tempo a principal delas encontrada. Conclusão:
é necessária uma maior atenção por parte da equipe de enfermagem quanto ao protocolo e execução de ações para aumentar o conhecimento dos mesmos.
Objective:
to analyze the knowledge of the Nursing team about the subject of safe surgery, evaluate the knowledge about filling the protocol and identify the factors that hinder itsadherence and execution. Methodology:
a qualitative study of a descriptive-explanatory approach performed with 67 employees of the nursing team of the surgical center of a large public hospital in the state of Piauí. Data collection took place in December 2016 through an interview. The analysis was performed by content analysis. The research was approved by the ethics committee of UESPI with the opinion nº 1775436 and of the coparticipant institution under opinion no 1795137. Results:
they were classified into four categories: 1. knowledge of the professionals on the subject safe surgery that demonstrated little knowledge of the team About the protocol; 2. surgical errors and their occurrence where the majority reported that there have already been errors; 3. filling in the checklist where few professionals fill in correctly and completely the checklist and 4. difficulties for execution and adhesion of professionals where the main difficulty is lack of time. Conclusion:
more attention is needed by the nursing team regarding the protocol and execution of actions to increase their knowledge.
