Objetivo:
identificar na produção nacional disponível, o diagnóstico de enfermagem mais frequente associado ao paciente renal crônico. Metodologia:
revisão integrativa realizada nas bases de dados LILACS E BDENF, com recorte temporal de 2004 a 2014. Foram identificadas 350 produções e, após a aplicação dos critérios de inclusão e exclusão, 12 artigos constituíram a amostra final. Resultados:
após análise dos doze artigos refinados pelos critérios de inclusão, identificou-se um total de 28 diagnósticos de enfermagem atribuídos aos pacientes nefropatas e o diagnostico de enfermagem perfusão tissular ineficaz: renal foi o mais frequente em 100% dos artigos analisados associado ao paciente renal crônico. Conclusão:
a identificação de um perfil de diagnósticos é essencial para a etapa do planejamento da assistência de enfermagem. Novos estudos para validação deste perfil são ainda necessários.

After analyzing these twelve articles selected by the inclusion criteria, a total of 28 nursing diagnoses attributed to nephropathy patients were identified and the nursing diagnosis "ineffective: renal tissue perfusion" was the most frequent in 100%of the analyzed papers associated with the chronic renal patient. Conclusion:
the identification of a diagnose profile is essential for nursing care planning stage. New studies to validate this profile are still necessary.
