Objetivo:
descrever as características dos auxiliares e técnicos de enfermagem dos Centros de Atenção
Psicossocial de Maceió, Brasil. Metodologia:
estudo descritivo, transversal, de abordagem quantitativa,
realizado com 12 auxiliares e 11 técnicos de enfermagem dos cinco CAPS de Maceió, com aplicação de
questionário estruturado. Os dados foram agrupados e analisados por estatística simples. Resultados:
a
maioria desses profissionais são mulheres, naturais do estado de Alagoas, formados no nível médio técnico a
mais de cinco anos e também possui nível superior. Todos são servidores públicos efetivos, trabalhando uma
jornada de 30 horas semanais, estão nos serviços a mais de cinco anos e não recebeu treinamento para o
trabalho. Conclusão:
a presença e contribuições desses profissionais nos CAPS são fundamentais para o
trabalho da equipe de enfermagem na assistência e cuidado direto aos usuários.
Objective:
to describe the characteristics of the nursing auxiliaries and technicians of the Psychosocial Care
Centers of Maceió, Brazil. Methodology:
this is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach carried out
with 12 auxiliaries and 11 nursing technicians from the five CAPS of Maceió, with application of a structured
questionnaire. The data were grouped and analyzed by simple statistics. Results:
The majorities of these
professionals are women, natural of the state of Alagoas, graduated in the technical level more than five
years and also possesses superior level. All are effective public servants, working a 30-hour workweek, in
service for more than five years and have not been trained for the job. Conclusion:
the presence and
contributions of these professionals in the CAPS are fundamental for the development of actions and activities in the service, mainly regarding the work of the nursing team in the care and direct care to the users
