INTRODUÇÃO:
A pesquisa de natureza descritiva teve como objetivos descrever a influência do pensamento cientÃfico na fragmentação do cuidar em saúde e refletir o cuidar holÃstico em enfermagem na ótica heideggeriana. DESENVOLVIMENTO:
O homem sempre teve como caracterÃstica questionar a origem do universo. Buscou explicar estas questões através do pensamento mitológico e posteriormente pelo pensamento cientÃfico-tecnológico. Com isso no séc. XV surge à ciência que vai se impondo ao mundo pela sua certeza, evidência e universalidade, favorecendo a generalização e fragmentação do cuidar em saúde. Por não atender a complexidade dos fenômenos humanos surgem atualmente, novas visões de ciência e de mundo. Como a tendência atual da enfermagem é de reconsiderar o homem de modo holÃstico, acredito que o cuidar/cura na ótica heideggeriana promove um agir profissional diferenciado, pois se caracteriza em ajudar o cliente a tornar-se transparente para si mesmo e livre para um ex-sistir em possibilidades. CONCLUSÕES:
Retomando o cuidar como uma prática holÃstica, o enfermeiro poderá contribuir para a qualidade de vida da população, para o exercÃcio da cidadania e nos faremos enquanto profissionais de enfermagem, pre-sentes na sociedade.

Men always have as characteristic to ask about the origin of the universe. They search to explain these questions through the mythological thought and subsequently through the cientific and technological throught. So, in the fifteen century came the science that was imposing your certainty, evidence and universality in the world. It benefited the generalization and the breaking up of the health care. Actually, new concepts of science and of the world have appeared because the last ones didn’t comprehend the human phenomena complexity. As the recently tendency of nursing is to reconsider men on a holistic way, I believe that the care and the cure under Heidegger conception promote a differentiated professional atitude. That characterized on helping the client to be trasparent for yourself and free for the your being and its possibilities. CONCLUSION:
Getting back health care as a holistic experience, while nursing professionals can contribuite for population quality of life, for the practice of citizenships, and can be present in the society.
