Objetivo:
Compreender os atravessamentos e questões presentes na saúde sexual e reprodutiva de mulheres lésbicas e seu acesso à saúde. Métodos:
Revisão integrativa da literatura, realizada entre 26 de julho e 04 de agosto de 2020. Foram estabelecidos os seguintes critérios de inclusão:
somente considerar a literatura mais recente dos anos de 2017 a 2019; bem como estudos de acordo com o tema central desta revisão. Critérios de exclusão:
considerar exclusivamente a literatura em língua portuguesa, como também não utilizar trabalhos repetidos em outras bases de dados. Seis artigos foram escolhidos. Com base nos trabalhos selecionados, foi elaborado um quadro de matriz teórica, a fim de guiar o pesquisador ao desdobramento do método e análise da pesquisa. Resultados:
Da leitura e análise das publicações, ascenderam três eixos temáticos: (in)visibilidade em foco na saúde; acesso ao conhecimento e vulnerabilidade às infecções; a relação com os profissionais da saúde. Conclusão:
É possível concluir que, na saúde, as especificidades das mulheres lésbicas ainda não são muito observadas, o que as tornam invisíveis dentro do sistema. Dessa forma, elas são mais vulneráveis a fatores de risco à sua saúde quando comparadas a outras mulheres.

To understand the approaches and issues present in the sexual and reproductive health of homosexual women and their access to health. Methods:
Integrative literature review, carried out between July 26 and August 4th, 2020. Were established the following inclusion criteria:
to only consider the most recent literature from the years 2017 to 2019; as well as studies according to the central theme of this review. Exclusion criteria:
to consider exclusively the literature in Portuguese, as well as not using repeated
studies from other databases. Six articles were chosen. Based on the selected studies, a theoretical matrix framework was elaborated, to guide the researcher towards the unfolding of the method and analysis of the research. Results:
From the reading and analysis of publications, three thematic axes came up: (in)visibility in focus in health; access to knowledge and vulnerability to infections; the relationship with health professionals. Conclusion:
It is possible to conclude that, in health, the specificities of homosexual women
are still not well observed, which makes them invisible within the system. Thus, their health is more vulnerable to risk factors when compared to other women.
