Identificar e sintetizar as melhores evidências sobre o biofilme e higiene de feridas com difícil cicatrização no contexto dos cuidados de enfermagem.
Método:
Revisão integrativa da literatura com amostragem retiradas das seguintes bases de dados: Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde, Medline (Medical Literature Analysis and Retrievel System Online US National Library of Medicine) por meio da PubMed Central.Resultado:
Cinco artigos selecionados, todos atenderam aos critérios de seleção, abrangendo diversos tipos de estudos, a saber: 34% estudo transversal, 22% revisão integrativa da literatura e 11% estudo prognóstico, nos quais foram realizadas: pesquisa quantitativa, revisão sistemática, estudo descritivo e exploratório.Conclusão:
Evidenciaram-se a importância da técnica correta de limpeza, bem como a escolha adequada de produtos para promover a regeneração dos tecidos. Verificou-se, ainda, que a capacitação dos profissionais de enfermagem é crucial para avaliação adequada das feridas e seleção das melhores estratégias de tratamento.(AU)Objective:
To identify and summarize the best evidence on biofilm and hygiene of difficult-to-heal wounds in the context of nursing care.Method:
Integrative literature review with samples taken from the following databases: Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences, Medline (Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online US National Library of Medicine) through PubMed Central.Result:
Five articles were selected, all of which met the selection criteria, covering various types of studies, namely: 34% cross-sectional studies, 22% integrative literature reviews and 11% prognostic studies, in which the following were carried out: quantitative research, systematic review, descriptive and exploratory studies.Conclusion:
The importance of the correct cleaning technique was highlighted, as well as the appropriate choice of products to promote tissue regeneration. It was also found that the training of nursing professionals is crucial for the adequate evaluation of wounds and selection of the best treatment strategies.(AU)
