Objetivo:
abordar sobre os limites éticos e legais da Enfermagem diante das Diretivas Antecipadas de Vontade estabelecidas por um paciente terminal. Método:
Revisão integrativa. Foram utilizadas para a pesquisa de artigos as fontes de dados BDENF e LILACS, indexadas na Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde (BVS), por meio dos descritores “Diretivas Antecipadas; Autonomia pessoal; e Enfermagem Resultados: Foram arrolados treze artigos, com publicação entre 2013 e julho de 2018; disponíveis e completos; nas bases de dados selecionadas, em língua portuguesa e diretamente relacionados ao tema. Na discussão foram apresentadas as possíveis barreiras legais e de saúde para o respeito à autonomia do paciente terminal; e no terceiro, os dilemas enfrentados pela enfermagem diante das DAV. Conclusão:
Ressalta-se a relevância da multiplicação dos conceitos e práticas referentes às Diretivas Antecipadas de Vontade aos enfermeiros a fim de sua implementação longe de receios, ao mesmo tempo que dispensam cuidados humanizados ao paciente terminal
Objective:
To address the ethical and legal limits of nursing in relation to the anticipated policies of will established by a terminal patient. Method:
Integrative Review. The BDENF and LILACS data sources indexed in the Virtual Health Library (VHL) were used for the research of articles, using the descriptors “early directives; Personal autonomy; and nursing results: Thirteen articles were enrolled, with publication between 2013 and July 2018; Available and complete; In the selected databases, in Portuguese and directly related to the topic. In the discussion, the possible legal and health barriers were presented to respect the autonomy of the terminal patient; And in the third, the dilemmas faced by nursing in the face of the DAV. Conclusion:
It is noteworthy the relevance of the multiplication of concepts and practices related to the anticipated directives of will to nurses in order to implement them far from fears, while dispensing humanized care to the terminal patient
