Objetivo:
analisar evidências científicas sobre a espiritualidade no cuidado em saúde e enfermagem.Método:
revisão integrativa de literatura que respeitou as seis etapas metodológicas do referencial metodológico eleito. Resultados:
foram recrutados 869 relatórios científicos.Por elegibilidade, 22 artigos foram incluídos, sendo 15no idioma português e sete em inglês. O nível de evidência 6 foi o mais predominante (81,8%).Com a leitura dos estudos selecionados, foi possível estabelecer temáticas conforme o agrupamento das informações, a saber: Espiritualidade no cuidado ao paciente oncológico; Espiritualidade no contexto de pacientes renais; A influência da espiritualidade em pacientes com lesão medulare ao paciente cirúrgico; eEspiritualidade no contexto hospitalar vivenciado pelo enfermeiro.Conclusão:
o cuidado permeando a espiritualidade na assistência de enfermagem e saúde parece tender a algumas especificidades.Porém, de alguma forma, já abarca o trabalho doenfermeiro, o que sinaliza a importância desses trabalhadores considerarem a dimensão espiritual no cuidado
Objective:
to analyze scientific evidence on spirituality in health and nursing care. Method:
integrative literature review that respected the six methodological steps of the chosen methodological framework. Results:
869 scientific reports were recruited. By eligibility, 22 articles were included, being 15 in the Portuguese language and seven in English. The level of evidence 6 was the most prevalent (81.8%). With the reading of the selected studies, it was possible to establish themes according to the grouping of the information, namely: Spirituality in the care to the cancer patient; Spirituality in the context of renal patients; The influence of spirituality in patients with spinal cord injury and the surgical patient; and Spirituality in the hospital context experienced by the nurse. Conclusion:
care permeating spirituality in nursing and health care seems to tend to some specificities. However, somehow, it already encompasses the work of the nurse, which signals the importance of these workers to consider the spiritual dimension in care
