A resignificação dos processos gerenciais nas práticas do cuidado em enfermagem

This study had as goal to discuss some aspects about the management processes in the care production in nursing. Its made up by a critic reflective analysis, which aims to reflect on the questioning that was brought from the reading of texts used in a doctor and masters course. During the subjects development it was possible to identify, through the analysis of the suggested bibliography, the drifting away visualized by the nurses between the management and the care. However its possible to conclude that this is due to, in great part to these professionals graduation, which lead to the distortion on the comprehension of these subjects about the care procedures.
O estudo teve por objetivo discutir alguns aspectos sobre os processos gerenciais na produção do cuidado na enfermagem. Constituiu-se de uma análise crítica reflexiva, a qual busca refletir sobre questionamentos que foram trazidos durante a leitura de textos utilizados em uma disciplina de um curso de mestrado e doutorado. No decorrer do desenvolvimento da disciplina foi possível identificar, através da análise bibliográfica sugerida, o distanciamento visualizado pelos enfermeiros entre a gerência e o cuidado. Entretanto, pode-se concluir que isto se deve, em grande parte a algumas questões decorrentes da formação destes profissionais, que levam à distorção no entendimento destes sujeitos acerca das práticas do cuidado.
