Central de saúde pública na assistência primária ao portador de fissura labio-palatal

O presente trabalho tem como finalidade divulgar a prestação de assistência primária desenvolvida pela Central de Saúde Pública do Hospital de Pesquisa e Reabilitação de Lesões Lábio-Palatais, USP, em Bauru. Criada em setembro de 1981, desde então atua junto ao serviço ambulatorial de clientes portadores de malformação congênita lábio-palatal, regularmente matriculados no Hospital. A Central de Saúde Pública tem a participação de enfermeiras, auxiliares de assistência hospitalar e nutricionista, trabalhando integradamente à equipe médica (Pediatras, Clínico Geral, Geneticista, Otorrinolaringologistas, Cirurgiões Plásticos e Cardiologista), com objetivos de orientar, instruiré encorajar a educação em saúde, proporcionando mudanças na prática da mesma através do conhecimento e utilização dos recursos, interferindo na situação saúde e permitindo a participação do indivíduo, família e comunidade na reabilitação do fissurado lábio-palatal.
The present paper has the purpose of divulging the delivery of primary care carried out by the Central Office of Public Health of the Hospital de Pesquisa e Reabilitação de Lesões Lábio-Palatais, State of Sao Paulo University, Bauru. Is has been created in September, 1981, and since then it has been performing next to the outpatient department of the clients regularly admitted to the hospital who carry lip and palate congenital malformation. To the Central Office of Public Health belong nurses, hospital care assistants and nutritionists, working integratively with the medical staff (pediatricians, general practiotioners, geneticists, othorinolaryngologists, plastic surgeons and cardiologists) with the goals of guiding, instructing and encouraging the public health, providing changes in the practice of it, through the knowledge and utilization of resources, intervening in the condition of health, allowing the participation of the individual, his family and the community in the rehabilitation of the cleft lip and palate patient.
