Estudo comparativo sobre o controle de infecção hospitalar (CIH) entre comissões de CIH de Centros de Treinamento credenciados pelo MS e as comissões dos demais hospitais, distribuídas em 17 Unidades Federadas do Brasil. Analisamos alguns fatores que vêm cerceando o desenvolvimento da investigação e controle das infecções nosocomiais. Resistências e desafios são obstáculos a serem vencidos.
A comparative study about the control of hospital infection among commissions of control of hospital infection of seventeen Federal Units of Brazil, and commissions of control of hospital infection of authorized training center by Health Ministery was carried out. We analysed some factors that surrounding the development of the research and the control of hospital infection. Resistences and challenges are the hindrances to be conquered.
