Alternativas de comunicación para la Cobertura Universal de Salud en las Redes Internacionales de Enfermería

La salud electrónica o eSalud está definida como la práctica de cuidados sanitarios apoyada en tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones. Simultanea el término con el de cuidados sanitarios informatizados o telemedicina, estas modalidades se complementan correspondiendo una amplia variedad de servicios situados entre la medicina y los cuidados sanitarios tecnológicamente asistidos. Las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones se han desarrollado ocupando espacios importantes, resultan ser los medios de comunicación que propician los escenarios tecnológicos en los que se encuentran implicados los profesionales, los pacientes y las instituciones, han ido remplazando lentamente el registro en papel que realizan los profesionales de la salud, transcienden las fronteras y tienen un alcance incalculable. La utilización adecuada de estos recursos permite enviar el mensaje de salud y gestionar el cuidado. Se realizó una revisión bibliográfica y documental con el objetivo de mostrar las potencialidades de estas alternativas de comunicación para la cobertura universal de salud(AU)

The technologies of the information and the communications have been developed occupying important spaces, they turn out to be the media that you/they propitiate the technological scenarios in those that the professionals, the patients and the institutions are implied, remplazando they have gone the registration slowly in paper that the professionals of the health carry out, they transcend the frontiers and they have an incalculable reach. The appropriate use of these resources allows to send the message of health and to negotiate the care. He/she was carried out a bibliographical and documental revision with the objective of showing the potentialities of these communication alternatives for the universal covering of health(AU)
