El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo describir las características del aprendizaje autónomo del estudiante del programa de enfermería de la Universidad de Pamplona. La muestra estudio está conformada por 202 personas entre 16 y 35 años, se trata de un estudio con enfoque cuantitativo, transversal, descriptivo, realizado a través de la adaptación de los sistemas de interacción y de la teoría intermedia de la consecución de los objetivos de Imogene King, y la aplicación del cuestionario de estrategias de trabajo autónomo (CETA). Los resultados muestran que el aprendizaje autónomo es un método eficaz para adquirir y desarrollar ciertas habilidades personales, tales como la planificación de tareas y la verificación independiente de estas, la distribución de información para profundizar e identificación de los tema clave, la organización del tiempo y el aumento de la motivación para aprender a aprender, evidenciando predominio de las estrategias de ampliación.
This research paper aims to describe the characteristics of autonomous learning of the student nursing program at the University of Pamplona. The study sample consists of 202 people between 16 and 35.It is a study with a quantitative approach, cross-sectional, descriptive, conducted through the adaptation of systems theory interaction and intermediate objectives by Imogene King, and implementation of strategies questionnaire self-employment (CETA). The results show that autonomous learning is an effective method to acquire and develop certain personal skills such as job scheduling and independent verification of these, the distribution for further information and identification of the key issue, the organization of time and increased motivation for learning to learn, showing dominance of expansion strategies.
