La presente investigación desarrolló una metodología de enfoque cualitativo, de tipo fenomenológico, ya que permitió ubicar el fenómeno (intento de suicidio) en la propia vivencia del paciente, con la finalidad de describir aquellos sentimientos que presentaron los informantes previamente al intento de suicidio.
El tamaño de la muestra estuvo conformado por tres (3) jóvenes informantes de género femenino, con edades de 18, 19 y 21 años respectivamente, quienes se encontraban viviendo en el área metropolitana de la ciudad de Cúcuta.
Los métodos, técnicas e instrumentos para la recolección de la información, fueron la entrevista a profundidad, la observación participante, las notas de campo, la grabadora de voz y el formato semiestructurado de la entrevista que constaba de 8 preguntas específicas.
Al analizar e interpretar los datos obtenidos en las entrevistas a profundidad, emergen 5 categorías que predominaron en la investigación: Entonces ¡¡¡para que vivir!!!; Lazos que me lastiman; Un paso adelante, ganándole a los pensamientos suicidas; Fuerzas internas que me llevan al abismo; Buscando ayuda, de las cuales se evidenció que los sentimientos de dolor, desespero y la falta de amor son aquellos que dan el último impulso para auto agredirse y así ponerle fin a todo ese sufrimiento que las agobia, además, se encontró que sus relaciones interpersonales eran muy conflictivas y tormentosas, lo que provocaba deseos de autoagresión de la misma; al igual se manifestó que después de reflexionar y replantear su vida, buscan la ayuda de una mano amiga que la ayude a enfrentar su proceso de recuperación y así, hacerle frente a los futuros pensamientos suicidas
The present investigation developed a methodology of qualitative approach, of type fenomenológico, since it allowed to locate the phenomenon (attempt of suicide) in the proper experience of the patient, for the purpose of describing to those feelings that the informants presented previously to the attempt of suicide.
The sample size was shaped by three (3) young informants of feminine genre, with ages of 18, 19 and 21 years respectively, who were living in the metropolitan area of the city of Cúcuta.
The methods, skills and instruments for the compilation of the information, were the interview to depth, the taking part observation, the notes of field, the tape recorder of voice and the semistructured format of the interview that was consisting of 8 specific questions.
On having analyzed and having interpreted the information obtained in the interviews to depth, they emerge 5 categories that prevailed in the investigation: Then ...: so that to live!!!; Bonds that they hurt me; A step passes, winning him to the suicidal thoughts; internal Forces that take me to the abyss; Looking for help, of which it was demonstrated that the feelings of pain, desperation and the absence of love are that that give the last impulse for car to be attacked and this way to finish all this suffering that overwhelms them, also, one found that his interpersonal relations were very difficult and stormy, what was provoking desires of autoaggression of the same one; to the equal one showed that, after reflecting and restating his life, they look for the help of a friendly hand that helps her to face his recovery process and this way, to face him the future suicidal thoughts.
