Objetivo:
identificar el abasto de material de consumo necesario para la atención del paciente nefrópata hospitalizado en el servicio de diálisis peritoneal.
Material y métodos:
estudio descriptivo prospectivo en el servicio de nefrología del Hospital de Especialidades del Centro Médico Nacional "Adolfo Ruiz Cortines" en Veracruz, Ver. Los datos se registraron en un formato específico del material surtido (grupo I) y consumo real (grupo II) utilizado en el procedimiento de diálisis peritoneal en 24 horas.
Resultados:
en el grupo I (material surtido) y grupo II (surtido real), la diferencia de los promedios observados en ambos grupos fue significativa = z(p < 0.05).
Conclusión:
el material surtido al servicio es insuficiente para las necesidades reales.
Objective:
identifying the existence of material of necessary consumption for the attention of the nephropathy patient hospitalized in Peritoneal Dialysis service.
Material and methods:
it was carried out a descriptive study in the service of Nephrology 60. South floor of the Hospital of Specialties of the National Medical Center" Adolfo Ruiz Cortines" from August to September of 1997, there was data concentrated in specific form of the material selection (group I) and real consumption (group II) used in the procedure of Peritoneal Dialysis in 24 hours.
Results:
in the group I (assorted material) and group II (real consumption), the difference of the average observed in the several groups was significant^ z(p0.05).
Conclusion:
the material provided to the service is not sufficient, since the existence is minor to the real necessities.
