Binômio mãe-bebê: construção de espaços educativos sobre HIV/AIDS com a equipe de saúde

O presente estudo objetiva identificar os indícios para a construção da Educação Permanente a serem empregados junto à equipe de saúde que assiste o binômio mãe-bebê que convive com HIV/AIDS. Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva de natureza qualitativa, na qual entrevistas semiestruturadas e o acompanhamento de uma usuária-guia foram utilizados como método da pesquisa. Um quadro com alguns conceitos da Análise Institucional, Biopoder e Binômio Mãe-Bebê foi estabelecido a fim de mediar a compreensão dos achados do estudo. A construção de espaços educativos com a equipe de saúde, usuárias, gestores e estudantes a partir da elaboração de um produto/projeto que incentive os encontros para discussões e enfrentamento das fragilidades da rede de cuidados pode ser um começo para novas apostas e propostas de cuidado ao binômio mãe-bebê que convive com HIV/AIDS
The present study aims to identify the signs for the construction of Permanent Education to be used by the health team that attends the mother-baby binomial that coexists with HIV/AIDS. It is a descriptive research of a qualitative nature, in which semi-structured interviews and the follow-up of a guide-user were used as a research method. A table with some concepts of the Institutional Analysis, Biopower and Mother-Baby Binomial was established in order to mediate the comprehension of the study findings. The construction of educational spaces with the health team, users, managers and students from the elaboration of a product / project that encourages the meetings to discuss and cope with the weaknesses of the care network can be a start for new bets and proposals of care to the mother-baby binomial that coexists with HIV / AIDS
