Grupo operativo: construindo as bases para o ensino e a prática na enfermagem

Este estudo tem como ponto de partida um repensar da autora, enquanto docente, à respeito da prática de saúde e da enfermagem diante dos desafios impostos pelo processo de globalização e pela política neoliberal. Considera que esses processos têm gerado descompassos entre os avanços tecnológicos e os avanços sociais, no sentido de acarretar graves conseqüências nas condições de vida e saúde da maioria da população brasileira. Diante da constatação de que essa crise incide diretamente nas organizações de saúde e nos processos e relações de trabalho, o presente estudo objetivou: reconhecer e problematizar os aspectos psicossociais e psicodinâmicos vunculados ao trabalho de enfermagem em instituições de saúde. Afirma-se que há necessidade de transformação nos modelos gerenciais e assistenciais em saúde, frente às mudanças no macrocontexto e que isso exige uma qualificação da força de trabalho, rumo a um novo pensar e fazer saúde que tenha como base intervenções grupais e coletivas. Objetivou, também, desenvolver as bases para a intervenção no saber de enfermagem, para atuação junto a grupos, em diferentes contextos da prática profissional, considerando as várias finalidades que essa intervenção pode abranger à partir da proposta teórico-técnica dos grupos operativos defendida pela autora.
This study has as the starting-point the author's reflection on the health and nursing practices before the challenges imposed by the globalization process an the neo liberal politic. As part of the teaching staff, she considers that these processes have resulted on a disconection between the technological and social progresses, in the senso of leading them to serious consequences in life and health conditions in most of Brazilian population. Facing the evidence that this crisis occurs directely in the health organization and working process and relationship, the current study aimed: to recognize and evaluate the problems of the psychosocial and psycho dynamic situation linked to the nursing work in the health institutions. It was declared that there is a need of changing in the managing and caring health models, before the changes in the macro context and it demands a qualification in the working power bound for a new thought and promote health having as basis group and collective intervention. It also aimed developing the basis for an intervention in the nursing knowledge to act within groups in different contexts of professional practice, considering the several proposes of the operating groups defended by the author.
