Tecnologias educacionais na micropolítica do trabalho vivo na atenção domiciliar

Esta pesquisa parte da premissa que a potencialidade da atenção domiciliar favorece a centralidade no trabalho vivo em ato por aumentar a capacidade inventiva e criativa dos profissionais. Estes, ao criarem linhas de fuga, têm a possibilidade de causar rupturas na lógica normativa do modelo hegemônico, fugir do pragmático e operar na heterogeneidade utilizando as tecnologias educacionais. O objetivo geral dessa investigação foi analisar o uso das tecnologias educacionais na micropolítica do trabalho vivo em ato na atenção domiciliar. Teve como objetivos específicos identificar como as tecnologias educacionais são utilizadas na produção do cuidado domiciliar e descrever como essas tecnologias subsidiam os processos educativos no território da atenção domiciliar. Optou-se por uma pesquisa qualitativa com abordagem cartográfica por permitir capturar movimentos, aproximar e observar fenômenos que expressam intencionalidades, disputas e desejos investigados de modo intensivo. Essa investigação cartográfica está ancorada na perspectiva Pós-Estruturalista dos guias cartográficos Deleuze e Guattari, os quais permitiram a pesquisadora projetar um novo olhar sobre o trabalho em saúde, a interseção do uso das tecnologias educacionais e a produção do cuidado na atenção domiciliar em sua subjetividade. O território dessa investigação foi um Serviço de Atenção Domiciliar, Programa Melhor em Casa, do município de Betim - Minas Gerais. Para capturar os movimentos de produção e utilização das tecnologias educacionais foi escolhido uma equipe de atenção domiciliar, definida nessa investigação, como equipe-guia. Os efeitos da viagem cartográfica foram apresentados por meio de narrativas que expressam a micropolítica do trabalho vivo de cada participante da equipe-guia. This research starts from the premise that the potentiality of home care favors the centrality in the living work in act by increasing the inventive and creative capacity of the professionals. These, in creating escape lines, have the possibility of causing ruptures in the normative logic of the hegemonic model, escaping from the pragmatic and operating in heterogeneity using educational technologies. The general objective of this research was to analyze the use of educational technologies in the micropolitics of live work at home care act. Complementary to this, we also sought to identify how educational technologies are used in the production of home care and describe how these technologies subsidize the educational processes in the territory of home care. We chose a qualitative research with a cartographic approach because it allows us to capture movements, to approach and observe phenomena that express intentions, disputes and desires intensively investigated. This cartographic investigation is anchored in the Post-Structuralist perspective of the cartographic guides Deleuze and Guattari, which allowed the researcher to project a new look on health work, the intersection of the use of educational technologies and the production of care in home care in their subjectivity. The territory of this investigation was a Home Care Service, Better at Home Program, in the city of Betim - Minas Gerais. To capture the movements of production and use of educational technologies, a home care team was chosen, defined in this research, as a guide team.
