Cuidado transpessoal de enfermagem ao familiar cuidador da criança com neoplasia: um marco referencial

O objetivo deste estudo foi estabelecer um marco referencial de cuidado de enfermagem ao familiar cuidador da criança com neoplasia, tendo como base o desenvolvimento teórico de Watson (2004). Em decorrência da complexidade do tema, trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa com abordagem descritiva exploratória. A amostra foi composta por cinco profissionais de enfermagem que atuam em um centro hematológico da cidade de Curitiba – PR, bem como por dez familiares cuidadores de crianças com neoplasia que, durante a realização deste trabalho, acompanhavam seus filhos em tratamento no centro supracitado. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de duas entrevistas com questões semi-estruturadas, com abordagens distintas, sendo uma direcionada ao profissional de enfermagem e outra ao familiar cuidador da criança com neoplasia. Após a obtenção dos dados procedeu-se à análise, segundo a proposta da análise da enunciação e, assim, foi possível compreender de que forma o profissional de enfermagem transita entre o seu próprio “self” repleto de questionamentos e insatisfações e o reconhecimento do familiar cuidador como um ser que igualmente se encontra confuso, perturbado, angustiado por vivenciar situações de profundo sofrimento. Evidenciou-se que, para o familiar, o cuidado de enfermagem é visto como essencial, pois na situação experenciada sente-se fragilizado, desprotegido e exposto a novos desafios e desconhecidas vivências. Dessa forma, o apreendido aponta para a necessidade de uma profunda reflexão que abranja aspectos relacionados ao ensino, em todos os níveis da profissão de enfermagem, como forma de despertar os profissionais para a necessidade de novos construtos no sentido de buscar além do próprio amadurecimento, a construção de conhecimentos próprios da enfermagem. Esse caminhar possibilitou o entendimento de que as ações voltadas ao objetivo e científico precisam ser aliadas ao cuidado expressivo de forma a assumirem um diferente postura diante do familiar cuidador. O aprofundamento das questões apontadas demonstrou também a existência de um grande desafio que proporcione uma profunda transformação das instituições de saúde para que sejam criadas condições adequadas ao desenvolvimento do cuidado transpessoal de enfermagem. Demonstra igualmente a premência de se olhar para o profissional como um ser que também necessita estar cuidado para cuidar e, ainda aponta a necessidade de que se intensifiquem as pesquisas como forma de ampliar os conhecimentos que embasam o cuidado de enfermagem.
The objective of this study was to establish a referencial landmark of care of nursing to the familiar care person of the child with neoplasia, being had as base the theoretical development of Watson (2004). In result of the complexity of the subject, one is about a qualitative research with explore descriptive boarding. The sample was composed for five professionals of nursing who act in a hematologic center of the city of Curitiba - PR, as well as for ten familiar care person of children with neoplasia that, during the accomplishment of this work, folloied its children in treatment in the above-mentioned center. The collection of data was carried through by means of two interviews with halfstructuralized questions, with distinct boardings, being one directed to the professional of nursing and another one to the familiar care person of the child with neoplasia. After the attainment of the data proceeded it the analysis, according to proposal of the analysis of the articulation and, thus, it was possible to understand of that it forms the nursing professional transits enters its proper "self" full of questionings and unhappiness and the recognition of the familiar care person as a being that equally meets confused, insane, overwhelming for living deeply situations of deep suffering. It was proven that, for the familiar one, the care of nursing is seen as essential, therefore in the lived situation is felt broken, forsaking and displaying the new challenges and strangers experiences. Of this form, the apprehended one points with respect to the necessity of a deep reflection that encloses aspects related to education, in all the levels of the nursing profession, as form of awaking the professionals for the necessity of new models in the direction to search beyond the proper matureness, the construction of proper knowledge of the nursing. This way made possible the agreement of that allied the directed actions objective and scientific need to be well-taken expressive care of form to assume a different position ahead do familiar care person. The deepening of the pointed questions also demonstrated the existence of a great challenge that provides a deep transformation of the health institutions so that adequate conditions to the development of the beyond fisical care of nursing are created. It equally demonstrates the necessity of looking at for the professional as a being that also needs to be well-taken care of to take care of e, still points the necessity of that if they intensify the research as form to extend the knowledge that base the care of nursing.
