A pesquisa teve por objetivo a caracterização de aspectos significantes do processo de convivência de um grupo docente com os desafios de uma nova graduação. Essas professoras, após esclarecimentos, consentiram em participar do estudo, tendo ospreceitos éticos de anonimato e a participação consentida garantidos. Houve, ainda, o consentimento institucional favorável à sua realização. Como perspectiva analítica, o estudo pautou-se nos pressupostos das representações sociais, buscandoacessar as organizações cognitivas constituídas pelo grupo no interstício da dinâmica acadêmica. Metodologicamente, utilizou-se a análise de conteúdo agregando, por decorrência, o recorte e a escolha das unidades de registro, culminando naconfiguração analógica e progressiva dos elementos constituintes dos esquemas de apreciações e de proposições relativas: às relações entre o mundo do trabalho e da o graduação; às bases do movimento de mudança; ao esboço de uma nova graduação;às dimensões precursoras do conhecimento, culminando com as estratégias de sustentação desse projeto. Como dados complementares foram acrescidos aspectos identificatórios do grupo, agregando: um perfil da experiência profissional; a inserçãoinstitucional; a vinculação ao ensino; hábitos de vida, incluindo atividades associativas e de entretenimento. Como síntese, emergem representações concernentes a uma graduação conceitualmente transformada no âmbito dos conteúdos e dasrelaçõespedagógicas, que busca uma sintonia seletiva com o mercado de trabalho, evidenciando bases teóricas para um processo de mudança a partir de pressupostos, requisitos e de etapas de implementação já delineadas pelo grupo, capazes, inclusive, deabrigar novas expressões de ser docente e de ser discente. Entretanto, esses conteúdos ideativos projetam gestos e estratégias de enfrentamento ainda tímidos, aparentando uma fragilidade operacional, ) frente às diretrizes de uma graduação que deva estar em sintonia tanto com os dispositivos legais quanto com os atuais requisitos do mercado de trabalho.
The objective of this research was to characterize the meaningful aspects of the coexistence process of an educational group with the challenges of a new graduation. Those professors, after clearing doubts, consented in participating of thestudy, being the ethical precepts of anonymity and consent of participation guaranteed. There was, still, the fvorable institutional consent to its accomplishment. An analytic perspective, the study mentioned the presuppositions of the socialrepresentations, searching for cognitive organizations constituted by the group in the interstice of the academic dynamics. Methodologically, group content analysis was used, consequently, the cutting and the choice of the registration units,culminating in the analog and progressive constituent element configuration of the outlines of appreciation and of relative propositions: to the relations between the working world and the graduation; to the bases of movement change; to thesketch of a new graduation; to the dimensions precursory of the knowledge, culminating with the sustaining strategies of that project. As complementary data group identifying aspects were added, gathering: a professional experience profile; theinstitutional insert; the teaching link; life habits, including associative activities and entertainment. As synthesis, concerning representations emerge to a transformed graduation concept in the ambit of the contents and of thepedagogicalrelationship, looking for a selective tuning with the labor market, evidencing theoretical bases for a changing process starting from presupposed requirements and the implementation steps already delineated by the group, capable, besides, ofsheltering new expressions of the educational being and of studying being. However, those contrived contents still project gestures and shy confronting strategies, even showing an operational fragility, when facing the guidelines of a graduationthat it should be tuned, as much as the (Cont legal devices as with the current labor market requirements.
