Compreendendo as expectativas em um curso de graduação em enfermagem: o olhar discente e docente

Este estudo objetiva desvelar, segundo a percepção de professores e alunos as suas expectativas frente a um Curso de Graduação em Enfermagem de uma universidade particular da cidade de São Paulo, tendo como referencial de análise a fenomenologia social de Alfred Schütz. Através da obtenção dos discursos e de suas respectivas análises, evidenciaram-se os motivos para e os motivos por que dos docentes e discentes. Assim, foram nominadas duas categorias dos motivos para dos docentes que foram: "O aprendizado" e "O perfil do egresso"; no que concerne aos motivos por que se revelaram duas categorias que foram denominadas de: "As competências" e "Atuação pedagógica". Para os discentes os motivos para categorizados são "O aprendizado" e "O intento" e os motivos por que "O Curso"; "O caminho" e "O professor". O fenômeno foi desvelado e foi possível compreender o tipo vivido dos docentes e discentes. Sendo que o tipo vivido docente de enfermagem é aquele que tem como expectativa um aluno com capacidades técnicas e científicas a serem desenvolvidas, e, para tanto, é necessário que este supere suas próprias dificuldades para o aprendizado, para ser um profissional capaz de planejar os recursos materiais, humanos, com ênfase em educação continuada, informação e possa desenvolver a capacidade de aprender por si, e, que ele possa exercer a sua cidadania. Para este intento há um projeto pedagógico de curso que contém um perfil de egresso, baseado, este, nas competências e habilidades específicas. Na expectativa do discente ingressante no Curso de Enfermagem, o seu tipo vivido é aquele que vem em busca de conhecimentos técnicos e científicos para poder aplicá-los no cuidado humano, tendo assim, oportunidades de inserir-se no mercado de trabalho e vivenciam o seu momento no Curso como tendo uma base de tudo, tentando encontrar um caminho que já se vislumbra, quer seja na sua atuação no setor público ou privado. Percebem o ) professor com experiências profissionais e capacidades técnicas e científicas que auxiliam na sua aprendizagem. Esse estudo promoveu reflexões sobre as expectativas de ambos os grupos que serão levadas a ambos para melhorar e qualificar o processo ensino-aprendizagem.
This study aim to reveal, according to perception of teachers and students theirs expectations front of a Graduation Course in Nursing of a particular university of the City of São Paulo, and had as referential of analysis the social phenomenology by Alfred Schütz. Through the acquisition of the speeches and its respective analyses, the reasons for and the reasons why of the teachers and students had been evidenced. Thus, two categories of the reasons for of the teacher had been called of "the learning" and "the profile of the egress"; in that it concerns to the reasons why had disclosed two categories that had been called of "The abilities" and "Pedagogical performance". For the students the reasons for categorized are "The Learning" and "The Intention" and the reasons why "The Course"; "The Way" and "The Teacher". The phenomenon was revealed and was possible to understand the experienced kind of the teachers and students. Being that the experienced kind Nursing Teacher is that one that has as expectation a student with technical and scientific capacities to be developed, and, for in such a way, it is necessary that this student overcomes his/her proper difficulties for the learning, to be a professional capable to plan the material and human resources, with emphasis in continued education, information and can develop the capacity to learn for himself/herself, and, that he/she can practice his/her citizenship. For this intention there is a pedagogical project of course that contains an egress profile, based on the competences and specific abilities. In the expectation of the new student in a Course of Nursing, his/her experienced kind is that one that comes in search of technical and scientific knowledge to be able to apply them in the human care, thus having chances to insert himself/herself in the labor market and experience deeply his/her moment in the Course having a base of everything, trying to find a way that already is discerned, either in his/her performance in the public or private sector. They perceive the teacher with professional experiences and technical and scientific capacities that assist in his/her learning. This study promoted reflections on the expectations of both groups that will be taken to both to improve and to qualify the teaching-learning process.
