O presente Relatório de Estágio de caráter profissional, insere-se no âmbito do Mestrado de Enfermagem à Pessoa em Situação Crítica da Escola Superior de Saúde do Instituto Politécnico e Leiria, em que o principal objetivo é descrever, recorrendo a uma análise reflexiva das competências comuns do enfermeiro especialista e específicas do enfermeiro especialista em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica na área de Enfermagem à Pessoa em Situação Crítica, desenvolvidas durante os três ensinos clínicos do plano de estudos. É importante salientar a realização dos ensinos clínicos em áreas distintas, todas selecionadas de acordo com o meu interesse profissional, sendo um alicerce imprescindível desta especialidade de enfermagem, contribuindo para o crescimento pessoal, profissional implicando uma melhoria da prestação de cuidados de enfermagem à pessoa em situação crítica.
Segue-se uma revisão sistemática da literatura sobre as ações paliativas desenvolvidas pelos enfermeiros no serviço de urgência, uma vez que este serviço abrange não só, situações agudas, mas também algumas decorrentes de doenças crónicas, incuráveis e progressivas sendo o enfermeiro um dos principais prestadores de ações paliativas, devido a proximidade que têm com doente. Como objetivo de estudo, rever de forma sistemática a eficácia das ações paliativas dos enfermeiros no Serviço de Urgência. Desenhada a estratégia de investigação com aplicação do diagrama PRISMA e após a pesquisa em bases dados, tendo-se obtido 2 estudos sobre os quais foi sustentada a RSL.
The present Internship Report of professional character, is part of the Master of Nursing to
the Person in Critical Situation of the School Health Sciences from The Polytechnic of Leiria, in which the main objective is to describe, using a reflexive analysis of the common competences of the specialist nurse and specific of the specialist nurse in Medical-Surgical Nursing in the area of Nursing to the Person in Critical Situation, developed during the three clinical teachings of the study plan. It is important to emphasize the accomplishment of the clinical teachings in destined areas, all selected according to my professional interest, being an indispensable foundation of this nursing specialty, contributing for the personal growth, professional implying an improvement in the nursing care to the person in critical situation.
It follows a systematic review of literature on palliative actions developed by nurses in the
emergency service, since this service covers not only acute situations, but also some arising from chronic diseases, incurable and progressive being the nurse one of the main providers of palliative actions, due to their proximity to the patient. As a study objective, to systematically review the effectiveness of the Palliative Actions of nurses in the Emergency Service. The research strategy was designed with the application of the PRISMA diagram and after the research in databases, having obtained 2 studies on which the RSL was sustained.
