Este Relatório de Estágio procura descrever o processo de desenvolvimento de aquisição de competências do Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem Comunitária na área de Enfermagem de Saúde Familiar, ao longo dos quatro estágios realizados, no contexto do Mestrado, que decorreu na Escola Superior de Saúde do Politécnico de Leiria, entre 2018 e 2020.
Este trabalho, além de pretender evidenciar o referido processo de desenvolvimento e aquisição de competências, também é um reflexo dos conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo do processo formativo (nomeadamente, no contexto do presente Mestrado), assim como tem o intuito de
mostrar aptidões investigatórias, com a realização de uma Revisão Integrativa da Literatura.
Depois de contextualizar a prática clínica da Enfermagem de Saúde Familiar e de procurar
encontrar a base teórica que alicerça e fundamenta todo o relatório, houve o cuidado de
promover uma reflexão crítica sobre as competências do Enfermeiro Especialista em
Enfermagem Comunitária na área de Enfermagem de Saúde Familiar.
Finalmente, procedeu-se a uma Revisão Integrativa da Literatura que tinha por objetivo
responder à questão de investigação “Qual a Intervenção do Enfermeiro de Saúde Familiar, na Capacitação das Famílias, na Prevenção da Úlcera por Pressão?”, definida de acordo com os critérios PICO. Depois de definido o tema e a metodologia, foram apresentados os resultados, a discussão e a conclusão e, por fim, as implicações na prática clínica.
Dos estudos selecionados, no âmbito da Revisão Integrativa da Literatura, a evidência
científica destaca que é necessária a capacitação das famílias, para tornar mais eficaz a
prevenção da UPP e que o Enfermeiro desempenha aqui um papel fundamental; deste modo, entendeu-se pertinente elaborar um guião que mais não é do que uma lista de verificação de procedimentos, mas que se espera poder ser útil aos Enfermeiros de Saúde Familiar no referido processo de capacitação e, deste modo, contribuir para a existência de ganhos em saúde.
Todas as intervenções e atividades foram fundamentadas, cientificamente, com o intuito de
promover uma prática especializada de excelência.
This Internship Report seeks to describe the development process for the acquisition of skills for the Specialist Nurse in Community Nursing in the Family Health Nursing field, over the four internships carried out, in the context of the Master’s Degree, which took place at the Higher School of Health of the Polytechnic of Leiria, between 2018 and 2020.
This work, in addition to the intention of highlighting the process of development and
acquisition of skills, is also a reflection of the knowledge acquired throughout the training
process (notably, in the context of this Master’s Degree), as well as aiming to show investigative skills with an Integrative Literature Review.
After contextualizing the clinical practice of Family Health Nursing and seeking to find the
theoretical basis that underlies and underpins the entire report, care was taken to promote a
critical reflection on the skills of the Specialist Nurse in Community Nursing in the Family
Health Nursing field.
Finally, an Integrative Literature Review was carried out with the goal of answering the
research question “ What is the Intervention of the Family Health Nurse, in the Empowerment of Families, in the Prevention of Pressure Ulcer ?”, defined according to the PICO criteria. After estabilishing the theme and the methodology, the results, the discussion and the conclusion and, finally, the implications for clinical practice were presented.
From the selected studies, within the scope of the Integrative Literature Review, the scientific evidence highlights that the empowerment of families is necessary to make the prevention of UPP more effective and that the Nurse plays a fundamental role here; thereby, it was considered pertinent to elaborate a guide that is nothing more than a checklist of procedures, but which is expected to be useful to Family Health Nurses in the referred empowerment process and, thus, contribute to the existence of health improvements.
