O presente Relatório foi desenvolvido no âmbito do 3ºMestrado em Enfermagem em Associação na área de Especialização em Enfermagem de Saúde Mental e Psiquiátrica. Este pretende refletir todo o nosso percurso ao longo destes dois anos no que diz respeito à aquisição de competências comuns e especificas do Enfermeiro Especialista em Saúde Mental e Psiquiátrica bem como das competências de Mestre em Enfermagem. Através da Metodologia de Projeto e da Revisão Integrativa da Literatura escolhemos para temática de estudo as Intervenções Psicoterapêuticas do Enfermeiro Especialista em Saúde Mental e Psiquiátrica no controlo da Ansiedade no Internamento de Doentes Agudos. Sendo as Perturbações de Ansiedade cada vez mais presentes na nossa sociedade é essencial a atuação do Enfermeiro Especialista em Saúde Mental e Psiquiátrica na implementação de medidas eficazes no tratamento e na prevenção das mesmas. A intervenção psicoterapêutica do enfermeiro no âmbito psicoterapêutico, socio terapêutico, psicoeducacional e psicossocial fomenta uma relação de ajuda eficaz, duradoura e de confiança entre enfermeiro-doente promovendo melhorias significativas nestes doentes. Toda a metodologia de trabalho escolhida permitiu atingir com sucesso os objetivos definidos inicialmente no presente relatório.
This Report was developed within the scope of the 3rd Master in Nursing in Association in the area of Specialization in Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing. This aims to reflect our path over these two years with regard to the acquisition of common and specific skills of the Psychiatric Nurse as well as the skills in Master of Nursing. Through the Project Methodology and the Literature Integrative Review, we chose the Psychotherapeutic Interventions of the Specialist Nurse in Mental and Psychiatric Health in the control of Anxiety in Acute Patients. Once Anxiety Disorders are increasingly present in our society, it’s essential for the Specialist Nurse in Mental and Psychiatric Health the implementation of effective measures in their treatment and prevention. The nurse's psychotherapeutic intervention in the psychotherapeutic, socio-therapeutic, psychoeducational and psychosocial scope promotes an effective, long-lasting and trusting relationship between nurses and patients, promoting significant improvements in these patients. All the work methodology chosen allowed to successfully achieve the goals initially defined in this report.
