Histórias para crescer em amor e saúde: promoção da literacia em saúde

O percurso trilhado conducente à aquisição de competências de mestre e especializadas em Enfermagem de Saúde Infantil e Pediátrica, que se reconhecem no aprofundamento e mobilização de conhecimentos da experiência pessoal, profissional e académica, em diferentes experiências formativas, encontra-se refletido neste relatório de estágio. A Literacia em Saúde desempenha um importante papel na melhoria da condição de saúde. Contudo, não se pode dissociar literacia em saúde de literacia em geral, sendo que esta foi a premissa que orientou o nosso percurso formativo, bem como, o projeto de intervenção em saúde edificado – Histórias para Crescer em Amor e Saúde, que objetivou promover a literacia e leitura partilhada e promover a literacia em saúde numa vertente lúdico-pedagógica com envolvimento familiar. O projeto revelou-se como fator aliciante a momentos de leitura partilhada com, consequente, promoção da literacia em saúde e aumento de ganhos em Saúde Infantil.
The path leading to the acquisition of master and specialized skills in Child and Pediatric Health Nursing, recognized in the deepening and mobilization of knowledge from personal experience, professional and academic, in different training experiences, is reflected in this internship report. Health Literacy has an important role in improving health status. However, it cannot be dissociated from general literacy, being this the premise that guided our training path, as well as our health intervention project – "Stories to Grow in Love and Health", which aimed to promote literacy and shared reading, as well to promote health literacy in a playful-pedagogical way, with family involvement. The project has been proven to be a leading factor for moments of shared reading, consequently promoting health literacy and increased gains in Child Health.
