O presente relatório, reporta-se á descrição do estágio curricular por nós desenvolvido, servindo para reflectir sobre a prática e relatar a sua vivência e experiência adquirida. Reunimos neste relatório duas áreas de intervenção distintas. A primeira na área da educação sexual na adolescência, a segunda na área da promoção da imagem da Escola Superior de Saúde de Portalegre, e na informação para o desenvolvimento e promoção de alguns comportamentos saudáveis nos jovens. Assim, neste relatório apresentam-se algumas considerações, gerais, sob o ponto de vista teórico, sobre a sexualidade na adolescência e promoção de alguns comportamentos saudáveis nos jovens. Caracteriza-se o modelo de promoção de saúde, bem como a análise do contexto onde foi efectuado o estágio nas duas áreas de intervenção. Descrevem-se, igualmente, as intervenções levadas a cabo pelo estagiário e a avaliação dos resultados. Por último, procura-se tecer algumas posições críticas relativas ao estágio.
This work has the purpose to describe and reflect on the practice and to reveal the knowledge and experience acquired. It is divided in two distinctive sections – The sexual education in adolescence and in the promotion of the image of Portalegre’s High School of Health, affirms out the work developed in providing information and in promoting healthy behaviors in youth. Under the theoretical model some general considerations are presented about adolescence sexuality and on the promotion of healthy living behaviors in youth. The health promotion model is emphasized, as well as the context were the training in this two specific areas of intervention was taken. The results of the interventions taken during the training are described lastly, we are looking for some constructive criticism related with the training.
