Introdução:
O Enfermeiro Gestor desempenha um papel crucial na eficácia das ações de enfermagem, garantindo a qualidade dos cuidados, a segurança do utente e a excelência do ambiente de prática. Adotando uma liderança autêntica, destaca-se por sua autenticidade e autoconsciência, agindo com transparência na interação com outros profissionais, promovendo resultados positivos nos cuidados, na retenção de profissionais e no ambiente de prática de enfermagem. De modo a avaliar a perceção dos enfermeiros acerca da sua liderança, nomeadamente a liderança autêntica em enfermagem, decidimos validar para o contexto cultural português uma escala – ANLQ. Objetivo Geral:
Adaptar transculturalmente o ANLQ, dando origem à sua versão portuguesa. Método:
Trata-se de um estudo metodológico e descritivo-transversal. A versão portuguesa do ANLQ foi obtida através do processo de adaptação transcultural. A amostra deste estudo é não-probabilística e intencional. A ANLS-PT foi aplicado a 206 enfermeiros das várias UF de dois ACeS da ARSLVT. Apresentação dos resultados:
Obteve-se um instrumento com 29 itens e 3 dimensões, com uma variância explicada de 68.295% para a totalidade do instrumento. Verificou-se uma matriz de correlação muito boa para duas dimensões e boa para a terceira dimensão. Relativamente à qualidade de relação entre as variáveis de cada dimensão obteve-se KMO > 0,98, KMO > 0,95 e KMO > 0,85 respetivamente e o teste de esfericidade de Bartlett`s < 0,001 para todas as dimensões. A validade de conteúdo foi assegurada pela realização do teste reteste e pela comissão de peritos. A fiabilidade foi garantida através da determinação da consistência interna, tendo sido testada através do Alfa de Cronbach onde se obteve o total de 0,97. A validade de construto foi efetuada através da Análise Fatorial em componentes principais com rotação ortogonal pelo método Varimax e pela análise Fatorial Confirmatória. Conclusão:
Da análise efetuada obtivemos melhores resultados com uma matriz de três dimensões tendo sido redefinidas as dimensões: Cuidar e Tomada de Decisão, Autoconsciência, Integridade Relacional e Ética. A ANLS-PT revelou ser um instrumento adequado para ser aplicado em Portugal, através das suas características psicométricas.(AU)

The Nurse Manager plays a crucial role in the effectiveness of nursing actions, ensuring the quality of care, user safety and the excellence of the practice environment. Adopting authentic leadership, it stands out for its authenticity and self-awareness, acting with transparency in interactions with other professionals, promoting positive results in care, professional retention and the nursing practice environment. In order to evaluate nurses' perception of their leadership, namely authentic leadership in nursing, we decided to validate a scale for the Portuguese cultural context – ANLQ. General Objective:
To adapt the ANLQ cross-culturally, giving rise to its Portuguese version. Method:
This is a methodological and descriptive-cross-sectional study. The Portuguese version of the ANLQ was obtained through the process of cross-cultural adaptation. A The sample in this study is non-probabilistic and intentional. The ANLS-PT was applied to 206 nurses from the various FUs of two ARSLVT ACeS. Results presentation:
An instrument with 29 items and 3 dimensions was obtained, with an explained variance of 68.295% for the entire instrument. A very good correlation matrix was found for two dimensions and good for the third dimension. Regarding the quality of the relationship between the variables of each dimension, KMO > 0.98, KMO > 0.95 and KMO > 0.85 respectively and Bartlett's sphericity test < 0.001 for all dimensions. Content validity was ensured by carrying out the test-retest and by the committee of experts. Reliability was guaranteed by determining internal consistency, having been tested using Cronbach's Alfa, where a total of 0.97. Construct validity was carried out through Factor Analysis in main components with orthogonal rotation using the Varimax method and Confirmatory Factor Analysis. Conclusion:
From the analysis carried out, we obtained better results with a matrix of three dimensions having been redefined: Caring, Self-Awareness and Relational Integrity. The ANLS-PT proved to be a suitable instrument to be applied in Portugal, due to its psychometric characteristics.(AU)
