Introdução:
Os conflitos éticos tem sido objeto de estudo em diversas realidades e práticas. Está presente no dia a dia da equipe de Enfermagem e de forma diferente com os Gerentes de Enfermagem. A forma com que é percebida se difere em relação aos valores dos enfermeiros envolvidos e do contexto em que se desenvolve. A forma de resolver tais conflitos e mitiga-los é realizada conforme os valores e principios dos profissionais. Objetivo:
Mapear a literatura a respeito dos conflitos éticos vivenciados pelos gerentes de Enfermagem e as estratégias utilizadas para mitiga-los. Método:
Revisão de Escopo sob metodologia JBI, com busca em base de dados internacionais seguindo os 9 (nove) etapas recomendadas: 1) Definir e alinhar os objetivos e pergunta 2) Desenvolver e alinhar os critérios de inclusão com o objetivo e a pergunta 3) Descrever a abordagem para busca e seleção, extração e mapeamento de evidenicias 4) Procurando as evidencias 5) Selecionando as evidencias 6) Extraindo as evidencias 7) Analisando os resultados 8) Apresentando os resultados 9) Resumir as evidencias em relação ao objetivo da revisão, tirar conclusões e observer quaisquer implicações dos achados.
Introduction:
Ethical conflicts have been the object of study in different realities and practices. It is present in the daily life of the Nursing team and in a different way with Nursing Managers. The way it is perceived differs in relation to the values of the nurses involved and the context in which it occurs. The way to resolve such conflicts and mitigate them is carried out in accordance with the values and principles of the professionals. Objective:
To map the literature regarding ethical conflicts experienced by Nursing managers and the strategies used to mitigate them. Method:
Scope Review under JBI methodology, with search in international database following the 9 (nine) recommended steps: 1) Define and align the objectives and question 2) Develop and align the inclusion criteria with the objective and question 3 ) Describe the approach to searching and selecting, extracting and mapping evidence 4) Searching for evidence 5) Selecting evidence 6) Extracting evidence 7) Analyzing results 8) Presenting results 9) Summarizing evidence in relation to the objective of the review , draw conclusions and note any implications of the findings.
