Educação permanente na visão de profissionalmente de saúde de um programa gerontológico

O objeto de estudo é “educação permanente na perspectiva da equipe multiprofissional e dos gestores de um programa gerontológico”, com quatro objetivos, a saber: 1º) conhecer as
concepções da equipe multiprofissional e dos gestores do Programa de Assistência Integral à Pessoa idosa (PAIPI), acerca da Educação Permanente (EP); 2º) descrever os fatores
intervenientes mencionados pela equipe multiprofissional e pelos gestores do PAIPI na adesão às ações de Educação Permanente (EP); 3º) analisar os conteúdos teóricos, práticos e as estratégias consideradas fundamentais pela equipe multiprofissional e pelos gestores desses serviços especializados; 4º) Elaborar um Programa de Educação Permanente com a equipe
multiprofissional e com os gestores do Programa de Assistência Integral à Pessoa Idosa, desde as concepções, conteúdo e estratégias manifestadas. Na perspectiva de compor um Programa de Educação Permanente (PEP), com a equipe multiprofissional e com os gestores do PAIPI, objetivamos elaborar esta intervenção a partir das concepções de ambos. Partindo dos resultados obtidos nos conteúdos extraídos no grupo focal, foram organizadas as estratégias por eles manifestas. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo com abordagem qualitativa. A pesquisa teve como cenário o PAIPI, um Programa Gerontológico desenvolvido no Instituto de Atenção à Saúde São Francisco de Assis da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro
HESFA/UFRJ, o HESFA, que com a restauração do seu prédio histórico precisou virar Instituto, situado no mesmo Município. Os participantes foram os membros da equipe multiprofissional e os gestores do referido Programa. A pesquisa foi apreciada pelo Comitê de Ética, UFF/EEAN/HESFA, número do parecer 1.920.309, CAAE, 6123116.2.0000.5243. Em respeito aos cuidados éticos preconizados pela Resolução 466/2012, a participação foi com a anuência dos participantes através da assinatura do Termo de Consentimento Livre e Esclarecido (TCLE). Optou-se pelo grupo focal como técnica de produção de dados, sendo utilizado um guia de perguntas para atender aos objetivos propostos no estudo. Foi utilizado também um formulário dos respondentes, com o objetivo de compor a caracterização sociodemográfica e educacional desta equipe Multiprofissional. O tratamento dos dados compreendeu a transcrição da produção do grupo focal. Foram utilizados os procedimentos preconizados para a análise de conteúdo temático. O trabalho nos possibilitou a construção de duas categorias, as quais foram: Categoria 1) Educação Permanente como movimento em que o profissional busca atualização para lidar com a realidade cotidiana e Categoria 2) fatores que envolvem o processo de Educação Permanente: aproximando o interesse pessoal, iniciativa institucional e necessidades dos usuários. Os entrevistados mencionaram através dos depoimentos, a necessidade de buscar conhecimentos e maneiras de se aprimorarem e investigarem a sua percepção, voltado ao seu cotidiano e à sua atuação profissional, que se torne mais construtivo
The object of study is "permanent education in the perspective of multiprofissionl team and administrators of a geriatric program", with four objectives namely: 1st) meet the conceptions of the multidisciplinary team and of the Integral Assistance Program to the elderly person (PAIPI), about the Permanent Education (EP); 2nd) Describing the factors mentioned by the Multiprofessional team and the managers of the PAIPI in adherence to the ongoing education actions (EP); 3rd) To analyse the theoretical, practical and the strategies considered to be
fundamental by the Multiprofessional team and the managers of these specialized services; 4th) To elaborate a Permanent Education Program with the Multiprofessional team and with
the managers of the Integral Assistance Program to the elderly person, from the conceptions, content and strategies manifested. In the perspective of a Permanent education program (PEP); with the multidisciplinary team and with the managers of the PAIPI, we aim to draw up this intervention from the conceptions of both. From the results obtained in the contents extracted in the focus group were organized the estrategies expressed by them. This is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The research will be the PAIPI scenario, a Geriatric Program developed at the Institute for ealth care St. Francisco de Assis at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro HESFA/UFRJ, the HESFA, that with the restoration of its historic building needed to become institute, situated in the same municipality. The participants were the members of the multidisciplinary team and managers of that program. The research was appreciated by the Ethics Committee, UFF/EEAN/HESFA, opinion number, 1,920,309. In regard to ethical care recommended by resolution 466/2012, the participation was with the consent of the participants through the signature of informed consent (TFCC). We opted for the focal group technique of data production, being used a guide of questions to meet the objectives proposed in the study. It was also used a form of the respondents, in order to compose the demographic and educational characterization of this multidisciplinary team. The data controller understood the transcription of the production of the focus group recommended procedures were used for the analysis of thematic content. The work enabled us to construct two categories, which were: Category 1) Permanent Education as a movement that the professional search update to deal with the everyday reality and Category 2) factors involving the permanent education process: approaching self-interest, initiative and institutional needs of the users. Respondents mentioned through their statements, the need to seek knowledge and ways to improve and to investigate your
perception, back in your daily life and your professional performance, which becomes more constructive
